Expert care that is adaptable

Following a thorough assessment with client and the families where we truly understand both there care needs and aspirations of what type of care they are looking for, we will assemble a team of highly skilled clinical support workers with whom you can establish a positive rapport. This process is overseen – and very closely supervised – by a dedicated complex care nurse who ensures the needs of the client is carefully-matched with the right support worker.

This arrangement allows you to receive comprehensive health support in the comfort of your home, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, throughout the entire year, from a team you know and trust.

In-house Positive Behavioural Support (PBS)

As a company, we fully embrace the PBS approach, which means understanding behaviour rather than reacting to behaviour. At Brighter Living, we are fortunate that we have an in-house PBSP (Positive Behavioural Support Practitioner) who can offer specialist positive behavioural support. By understanding and addressing the reasons behind different behaviours, we can support people to overcome certain challenges, helping them to improve their quality of life.
