Our aim is to give people the right support to enable them to live with independence. We don’t believe in a prescriptive approach – with our Supported Living provision, we tailor the level of support required by each individual so that they can begin to live independently, instilling a sense of confidence and wellbeing.

Our Supported Living provision is completely flexible, ranging from a few hours daily to full-time 24/7, with the option of a care worker staying overnight or the provision of semi-independent accommodation. We understand that people’s needs may change so we monitor the level of support we provide and work with families and individuals to adjust our provision accordingly.

Supporting you with your next move

One of the key successes to independent living is finding the right accommodation. We work closely with dedicated housing partners to help people choose the best accommodation that meets their unique needs.

We offer support that helps to make the transition as smooth as possible. That means helping to arrange finances and tenancy agreements as well as working closely with our housing partners to make sure accommodation is suitably adapted to meet the people’s needs.

Beyond bricks and mortar

What makes a house a home? We believe it’s when someone feels safe, happy, and part of a caring community. This is crucial to an individual’s well-being and development. Following a move, we provide support to help people integrate within their community.

Our goal is to empower people to live with increased independence and fulfilment. We do this by helping them to develop skills in:

  • communication
  • self-esteem
  • confidence
  • social skills
  • life skills

Building a supportive network

We understand the value of a supportive network, built around the individual. Our support workers are carefully selected for their expertise, skills and knowledge, but we know that compatibility is just as important. A successful outcome is about building strong, supportive relationships, so we work hard to match people’s personality traits, hobbies, and interests.

  • Actively promote personal wellbeing, health and hygiene
  • Create personalised menus, grocery shopping, and meal preparation
  • Acquire new abilities to foster self-reliance
  • Administer medication responsibly
  • Enable independence around financial responsibilities and bills
  • Prioritising access to education opportunities and employment
  • Participate in social and leisure activities
  • Address cultural or religious requirements
  • Ensure entitled benefits are recognised and secured/applied
  • Engage in local community building meaningful connections

Live-in Care

We understand that some people prefer to stay in their homes but need assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, or cooking. This is especially common for those recuperating from injuries or short-term illnesses. We can provide the assistance you need at the time you need it. Our staff are trained to help with practical tasks but also offer emotional support and companionship when you need it most. Please contact us to find out more about our Supported Accommodation options.

Doing whatever it takes to bring you peace of mind
